"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

I never critized anyones Art. And I know the meaning of the word and have spent many hours contemplating it. However MY POINT, that you and your wole 'crew' seemed to have missed is that her Art, as she herself claims, is the style of dress within the photos. You cannot see any details or really much of anything in the photos she floaded the site with. All I ask is for her to take proper photos of the clothing with lighting and a degree of professionalism so the Art she wishes to prestent can be seen. Anyone can take apicture of what they wear with a digital camera, my suggestion is dont be anyone...YO!
Hmmmmmmmm I know I dont stand alone in my opinion although I do hold on my own. First maybe explaining yourself a little clearer may stop misunderstandings. I like a person who knows their own mind SecondlyJacquesO Define art if you plz sir I await your reply.
Well my working def is; Any work done for the sake of the work itself, or any work done for the love of the work itself. This is then judged upon a few basis that are obviously mere opinion but they would be, statement, aestetic appeal, and personal enjoyment. So my problem with her pics can be seen in a few different lights, a) that the pics were done to showcase the clothing, so not for the sake of the picture but for the sake of teh subject, so that under my def. would not be Art it would be a craft photograph. Or if it is done for the sake of the photo then aesteticly its bland as it looks like a regular point and click job which makes it uninteresting and therefore unenjoyable by an outside party. And lastly i can not percieve a statment other than 'look at us', now i suppose that could be fine and dandy to some, but it wasnt enough to intrigue me...again largely due to the point and click nature of the photos.
